Corcoran, CA Today, officials for the city of Corcoran, California announced the acquisition of Summer League franchise owned by Commissioner Ken Klein for the 2015 season. The sleepy little railroad town located mid state threw parades and presented a laurel and offered a hearty handshake to the Commissioner.
